The Forest View Acres Water District is a Colorado Special District local government entity governed by its Board of Directors. The BOD consists of seven publicly elected Board Members. Elections of the four year term positions are held every two years.
The BOD is charged with appointing Water District Management and Operations. Together they oversee the governmental, financial, administrative, and water operations of the District. The District Manager reports to the BOD and has oversight in carrying out the day to day operations of the District as set forth by the Board of Directors.
